Show your support for Saving Creek Road at next public hearing

Variance Request for 10 Twin Town Homes Developer has also filed plans as a backup for 10 Twin Townhomes if his zoning map request is not approved. All the same problems exists with building homes and developer is asking for variances from the city to build these homes.

The Developer for the 2105 Creek Road zoning map amendment has requested a continuance of their zoning change request. A Public Hearing scheduled for March 17th has been withdrawn and has been reschedule to Sepetember 15th. We will need as many people attend as possible.
UPDATE: Public hearing was held on 9-15. City council will make final vote at their next meeting in early October.
March 12th - Bethlehem Planning Commission-UPDATE
Bethlehem Planning Commission voted 4-1 not to recommend the project to City Council, which will vote on it at their meeting Tuesday, March 17th. It is imperative we have as much public support at this meeting to assure this zoning request is not approved.
