SAVE CREEK ROAD

Local Neighbor Comment: "Flood plain regulations exist to not only protect the neighboring houses, but they protect water run off, debris and flooding downstream. It is irresponsible to allow relief, at tax payers expense, for what is clearly of financial benefit to one individual"

Bethlehem City Council (Public Hearing)
UPDATE: On October 6th, The Bethlehem City Council voted against the developer's request 7-0 to rezone 2105 Creek Road to allow him to build a 40-unit apartment complex with 60 parking spaces on the property, which is spread across low-lying, flood plain ground between the Saucon Creek, Friedensville and Creek roads. This is a big win for our community and we want to thank you for your support!
March 12th - Bethlehem Planning Commission-UPDATE
Bethlehem Planning Commission voted 4-1 not to recommend the project to City Council, which will vote on it at their meeting Tuesday, March 17th. It is imperative we have as much public support at this meeting to assure this zoning request is not approved.
